ARISTA INCREASES UNDERWRITING TEAM IN BRISTOL

The commercial lines underwriting operation, Arista, has appointed Dawn Hopson to its
underwriting team in Bristol.

Dawn Hopson, previously employed by Iron Trades, NIG and Fusion, has worked in the
insurance industry in Bristol for 12 years. She joins Arista as senior underwriter and will
be responsible for writing new business and developing broker accounts across the
South West and South Wales.

Commenting on the new appointment, South West Regional Manager David Aslin said,
“We are very much committed to developing our regional business and providing our
brokers with what they need to grow their business. The addition of Dawn to the team
means that we will be able to devote more time to developing the number of brokers in
the South West region that we work with. Dawn brings with her considerable insurance
experience and knowledge of the region coupled with enthusiasm to make her a great
